The HVAC facilities at Our Yoga Place are designed with safety in mind. Specifically, our industrial ventilation system is state-of-art and computerized to exhaust CO2 out and return ample outside air in. After all, in yoga, breathing is key. Poor quality air contributes to headaches, dizziness, exhaustion, and nausea. Instead, OYP students enjoy an experience that this is uplifting and energizing.
