This is the traditional Bikram Series. It is taught in a 105-degree room with 40% humidity. Students are led through two breathing exercises and 26 traditional Hatha postures. Students experience meditation through the practice of yoga postures and breath.
This class is taught in a heated room. Students are led through the traditional 26 and 2 series while learning about and holding the basic foundations of each posture. This is great for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of the Traditional Hot 26 + 2. Both beginners and long-time practitioners are encouraged to attend.
