This class is taught in a heated room.  Students are led through the traditional 26 and 2 series while learning about and holding the basic foundations of each posture.  This is great for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of the Traditional Hot 26 + 2.  Both beginners and long-time practitioners are encouraged to attend.

Enjoy yoga postures seamlessly strung together by our exceptional instructors while using your breath. No two classes will be alike.

Breathe and channel you energy while aligning your mind body and spirit using traditional yoga postures.

Each month our regularly scheduled posture clinics will focus on a posture or related group of postures.  Students will learn why the postures are important and how to improve their postures, while interacting with the teacher and other students.

Experience a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas.  Students will hold postures for longer periods of time while focusing on breath and stillness.  The practice will increase circulation and improve flexibility.

Learn to slow down and open up your body through passive stretching.  Muscles relax while using props to support the body.

60-minutes.  Have you asked yourself what is all this yoga about?  Yoga essentials is an informational course.  It covers the history of yoga, health benefits, and what to expect from your yoga practice.
