This is the traditional Bikram Series. It is taught in a 105-degree room with 40% humidity. Students are led through two breathing exercises and 26 traditional Hatha postures. Students experience meditation through the practice of yoga postures and breath.
Experience a slow-paced style of yoga. Centered around the health and wellness of your connective tissue and your joints, students will surrender into poses for extended periods of time while guided safely into stillness. This practice is a perfect compliment to the more movement and heat based practices… the Yin to the Yang.
This class is for anyone that wants a gentle slow focus on yoga. We will take the time to explain poses and modify them for each person in class. Perfect for people new to yoga or working with injury. The class will be primarily on the floor. Blended with a few standing postures. Chairs will be available and encouraged if needed. (60 minutes)
An all levels class designed to create warmth and strength in the body, paired with deep stretches for the neck, shoulders, hips and more. Centered around a Vinyasa flow, with the option to modify or intensify based on your individual needs. Class is not heated.
Each month our regularly scheduled posture clinics will focus on a posture or related group of postures. Students will learn why the postures are important and how to improve their postures, while interacting with the teacher and other students. Class is limited to 10 attendees.
