Yoga Classes

This is the traditional Bikram Series. It is taught in a 105-degree room with 40% humidity.  Students are led through two breathing exercises and 26 traditional Hatha postures.  Students experience meditation through the practice of yoga postures and breath.

Hot Yoga Fusion blends yoga asanas and vinyasa flows. This combination makes for a dynamic blend of strength building, balancing, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. This class ends with relaxing asanas and final savasana.
The class focuses on postures that open the hips, shoulders, and spine. You will feel challenged and leave revitalized. The class is taught to all levels. Each student will feel encouraged and supported.
