Warm Ashtanga synchronizes breath with a series of postures meant to produce internal heat. Students will purify their bodies and detoxify muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, strong body and calm mind!

Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of Hatha yoga made up of multiple levels with a fixed order of postures. A session begins with five each Sun Salutation A’s and B’s followed by standing and seated asanas. Each asana is held for five breaths allowing participants to move into the asana and experience the affects of combining breath with movement.
