Have you ever been curious why individuals gravitate to Whole Food Plant Based/Vegan/Vegetarian Diets?  Do you wonder if you could implement this type of eating pattern?  Join Eat for Life!  This is a four week course where students learn about plant based diets, how they differ, explore their behaviors related to food, and experience what it’s like to eliminate meat, dairy, fat, and sugar for ten days.  This course is limited to four participants. You’ll be supported in a fun non-threatening way as you explore your new relationship with food.
